I'm salty about the name of the exec for 1.1 support because it doesn't even work on windows lmao GPP for most part can be ignored since there is only one server running GPP only protocol at the moment however the user can always connect with their GPP client, if they have it installer, or else tey can link the GPP protocol to the 1.3 client (assuming they are not on windows)

Also check the commit for 1.3(7). I don't know what the underscores are so I just guessed it, will probably need correctin.
This is just a quick attempt to provide support for the protocol 71, which is used by GrangerHub's and DarklegionDev's current GPP client/server.
I may also add Q2 Gloom/Murnatan support in the future but not for now as I don't have the knowledge to go that far yet
